Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of lettergenerator.ai and the Letter Generator AI drafting, editing, template, letterhead, account, and download features. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

Letter Generator AI provides software tools that help users create and edit letters and letterheads. Features, supported formats, usage limits, and availability may change as the service develops.

AI-generated output is a draft. It may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You must review and verify the output before relying on, downloading, publishing, or sending it.

The service does not provide legal, immigration, financial, medical, employment, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional when a letter may affect legal rights, money, health, immigration status, employment, or other high-stakes matters.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify support@lettergenerator.ai promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share an account in a way that bypasses plan or usage limits, or use another person's account without permission.

Your Content

You retain the rights you have in prompts, letter content, uploaded files, and other material you submit. You grant us and our service providers a limited permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information unless it is necessary and you are authorized to do so.

Templates and Service Materials

The service interface, software, design, documentation, and original template materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms, you may customize and use downloaded letter templates for your personal or internal business correspondence.

You may not resell, republish, scrape, or redistribute the template library or service as a competing template collection or software product without written permission.

Acceptable Use

You must not use the service to:

• Break the law or violate another person's rights.
• Generate fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, spam, malware, or deceptive communications.
• Falsify evidence, credentials, signatures, identity, or official records.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or administrative functions.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent security or usage controls.
• Upload malicious code or content you are not authorized to process.
• Use automated access that materially interferes with the service.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate or prevent misuse, security incidents, or violations of these terms.

Plans, Credits, and Payments

Prices, included credits, billing periods, and plan features are shown before checkout. Taxes and currency conversion may apply depending on your location and payment provider.

Recurring subscriptions continue until canceled as described during checkout or in account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally reverse usage already delivered. Any refund right required by applicable law continues to apply.

Payment processing is handled by the selected payment provider. Additional provider terms may apply to the transaction.

Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, or events outside reasonable control may interrupt service.

We may modify or discontinue features. When reasonably practical, we will provide notice of changes that materially affect paid service.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, complete, original, legally effective, or appropriate for every recipient or jurisdiction.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Letter Generator AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business, or opportunity arising from use of the service.

Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by law. It does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation, security risk, legal requirement, or nonpayment. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing Requirements

Applicable law depends on the location and legal identity of the service operator and may also preserve mandatory rights in your place of residence. These terms do not remove rights that cannot be waived by contract.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
