When you use the letter generator, you may type in details such as a description of your letter, a sender/recipient name, an email address, or other context you want included. This information is used only to generate your letter and is not required to be real or accurate for the Service to work — you can always use placeholder details instead.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for payment information, since the Service is free to use.

The description and details you enter are sent to our AI language-model provider solely to generate the letter you requested, and to process any follow-up edits you request (for example, “make it more concise”). We do not use your letter content for advertising, and we do not sell your information to third parties.

Your drafts stay in your browser. Generated letters, form inputs, and version history are saved locally on your device using your browser's localStorage, so your draft is still there if you come back later. We do not store the content of your letters on our servers, and we cannot see or access what's saved in your browser.

Clearing your browser's site data, using a different browser or device, or using private/incognito mode will remove this saved draft. You can also start fresh at any time using the “Reset” button in the letter generator.

To generate letters, we send your description and any details you provide to a third-party AI provider for processing. That provider processes the request to return the generated text and may retain request data in accordance with its own privacy practices. We do not control, and are not responsible for, that provider's data handling beyond what is needed to generate your letter.

Our website is hosted and served by standard web-hosting infrastructure, which may log basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and reliability purposes, consistent with typical web server logging.

Letter Generator ai does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand overall site usage (for example, which pages are visited), which does not identify you personally or read the content of your letters.

We use industry-standard measures, such as encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect data in transit between your browser and our servers. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

Because we don't maintain accounts or a server-side database of your letters, you are always in control:

• Edit or delete any saved draft directly in the letter generator at any time;
• Clear your browser's local storage to remove all saved drafts and history for this site;
• Avoid entering real personal details and use placeholders instead, if you prefer.
